Terms

• Payments:
  - COD (Cash/Check)
  - Now Accepting: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
  
  
• Net 15 or 30 days may apply for existing customers or per contract.
• Estimates are good for 30 days.
• All accounts past due are subject to 1.5% per month interest.
• All accounts 90 days past due are subject to collections and legal fees.
  

Insurance & Bonding

• General Liability, Vehicle and Workman's Comp
• Bonded in the City of Milwaukee
• Certificates upon request

Workmanship Warranties

• Service & Repair: 30 days
• Remodeling & New Construction: 365 days

Product Warranty

• All pipes, fixtures, and parts only warranty will be per each manufacturer's specifications.
